How to Buy using the Online Catalogue

Please take a look at the products in my catalogue and use the "Reserve Me" button to initiate a request that the item selected should be reserved. Such a reservation does not oblige you to purchase the product as I need to inform you of the postage costs and may need to supply you with additional photographs or other information. Also, I cannot guarantee that the selected item is still available, as they are mostly one-offs and may have just sold or been reserved prior to your request. I will endeavour to update the website to show the correct status of every item for sale, but there may still be occasions when items shown as available are not.  Once I receive your reservation and have confirmed that it is available, I will hold the item for you for one week, pending payment or notification from you that you do not wish to complete the purchase.

Please provide address details on the reservation email, so that I can correctly calculate postage costs.

Payment Methods

All payments must be made in GBP (Pounds Sterling).

I accept the following:

  •
  • Personal Cheque
  • Postal Orders
Postage and Packing

I am happy to ship to most locations in the world, please state where you live so that I can correctly calculate the costs. All items will be securely and carefully packaged. The buyer pays all postage and insurance charges. Where available, for your own protection, insurance will be included in the cost. I reserve the right not to send to countries for which I cannot get insurance.

International parcels are sent using Royal Mail  Small Packet Air or Parcelforce Worldwide depending on their size.

For international orders I cannot accept responsibility for any item held at customs for any reason. It is your responsibility to make sure that the goods you are ordering meet all the various customs rules and regulations, including quarantine, for your country. The customs declaration will be completed correctly and it is your responsibility to pay any import duty or other such fees if they are incurred.

UK parcels weighing up to 1Kg are sent by First Class Mail and by Royal Mail Standard Parcel service for those weighing over 1Kg.  I always use "Signed For" deliveries.
