| A fabulous old cookery book from 1954, entitled 'Good Housekeeping's Menus'. It has 159 pages and includes chapters on seasonal menus, dinner parties, family cakes and laying the table. Lots of black and white photographs to accompany the recipes as well as colour photographic plates throughout. The hard backed cover has heavy foxing, but otherwise the book is in good condition. |
