| A sweet little handmade bag containing a vintage Ladybird Book. I have used a C1970's alphabet fabric for the front and back of the bag. Both sides feature little birds, which tie in nicely with the title of the book. I have lined the bag with a layer of wadding and a C1950's yellow checked cotton. I used the same fabric for the two carrying handles. Measures approx: 22cm x 23cm plus handles, not recommended for children under 3 years of age. 'The Third Book of British Birds and Their Nests' is in excellent condition and has beautifully illustrated colour plates. A sweet little combination to take out when bird watching in the garden or countryside! |
