| A dreamily romantic bag for the vintage bride. The central panel to the bag features a beautiful bride, seated in her sumptuous silk gown, taken from a Harrison Fisher painting. It has been professionally printed onto cotton. This has been edged in a pastel pink pleated braid and two panels of lace overlaid on white cotton. I have surrounded this with a vintage pink floral fabric. The reverse is a textured fabric, printed with rose buds on a white background, with two matching handles. I have lined the bag in a layer of wadding to give body and a floral printed cotton with purple flowers. Fastens with a fabric loop and a large mother-of-pearl button. Comes complete with the pretty brooch embellishment; a lucky horseshoe design set with pink aurora borealis stones. Measures approx: 34cm x 28cm plus handles. Would make a charming keepsake bag for wedding day mementos. |
