I very much like it and am rather glad that darling hubby had already bought me an organiser type calendar/chart thingy with 5 columns, one for each of the 4 little people and one for me and him..................I'm definitely not "dirtying" my nostalgic calendar with all the school/music/sport etc etc type stuff that I have to engineer!"
     
18th December   "The pretty brooch pillow and calendar arrived today. What a treat I can't wait to hang the calendar in my kitchen, it really is beautifully photographed, and finally a pillow I get to keep; it's already sitting on my bed amongst my other cushions."

12th December   "I am thrilled with the calendar...such pretty pictures.  I read you blog and nearly had a heart attack, I thought for one moment you were closing your little 'shop' then I realised you have made the best decision to concentrate more on the items you make.  We can all go to car boots and charity shops to source bits and bobs but no where  can we buy such delightful well made home accessories as you provide for us.  I never thought I would want a 'doll' but at some stage next year i will treat myself, your cushions are to die for...you have a captive audience. I buy from other well known vintage sellers but I promise you non come close to you and IT is your hand made goodies, they are stunning."
     
11th December   "I really don't know where to start!  My box was delivered this morning and I am speechless with awe at my absolutely beautiful 'Skye'.  I have long admired the rag dolls, but they were always snapped up before I got online.  Until now.  The workmanship and attention to detail is unbelievable.  I have some of your 'fairy' dolls so knew what to expect, but I'm really overjoyed with this one.  The plates are lovely and go well with another lot of old side plates that I have.  I intend using them to serve Christmas cake.  A little out of season perhaps, but so pretty and why not?!  The Christmas card gift set is nostalgia time at its best and the snowflake brooch will be put on my coat.  The pillowcases are fantastic and contrast well with another pair that I bought from you.  It has made my day.  Thank you.  I LOVE it ALL"

I don't know what it is about vintage candystripe but it makes me smile every time, it must be memories of being tucked up in bed as a small child surrounded by candystripe bedding. And as for the hand mirror it is so pretty, but how could I possibly have any other opinion! That is why all us vintage lovers buy only vintage, and you sell vintage. As always a pleasure buying from you, you are always so friendly and kind. I can't believe it so close to Christmas, I am totally disorganised this year, I will be running around like a headless chicken these next few days!
In case I am not talking to you again before Christmas, I hope you and your family have a wonderful time. But you can be sure of one thing, that this won't be the last visit, where else can you get such a wonderful service!"

30th November   "Received my parcel yesterday morning and I'm delighted with everything.  The eiderdown is beautiful and with the freezing cold weather up here is already in use!  The enamel pan is great.  I have decided to put it to use in the bathroom, storing some of the necessaries in there.  It's a bit different from the usual cupboard, basket or chamber pot.  As it's a large size it will accommodate quite a lot!  The soap gift set is wonderful.  I was intending to give it as a gift, but I think I may have to keep it as it's the spider brooch that may not stay on there for very long.  I love insect brooches so I might just have to remove it and then I'd just have to use the soap.  Thank you too, for the lovely postcards for my collection.  Am delighted once again.  Always a pleasure receiving your parcels."

26th November   "Once again I was so looking forward to the parcel arriving and it did so very quickly. Thank you ever so much for the postcard too, which was very thoughtful seen as it was a birthday one, and you had recalled that I had mentioned it in my e mail. The jug is now resting along side some similar plates on my dresser which I managed to buy for a bargain price of £2.25 in my local charity shop and I fill it every week with some locally bought flowers. Thank you again and I will certainly be visiting your website for more goodies before Christmas- the only problem is I should now be shopping for others rather than myself!!!"

23rd November   "Thank you for the most beautiful crinoline lady cushion and superb nature book that have safely arrived.  The cushion is even better in person and the little brooch complements it so well.  I haven't the heart to take it off!  Thank you too, for the lovely cards to add to my collection.  Your book is a wonderful stress buster, by the way.  I can open it at bedtime and de-stress having a look at some of the beautiful creations.  Bet you didn't know it would become that, amongst its many other positives!!"
     
21st November   "The plates arrived and they are even more beautiful in person!  They are PERFECT to my taste!  In fact, they compliment my wedding china (hubby even concurred)! =) I opened the box with baited breath (I have a renegade mailman who has damaged my goods before by literally dropping them on my doorstep - precisely where I found your parcel).  You wrapped them so extremely well, I think my renegade would have had to hit them with the mail truck before doing any damage!  heehee  They are 100% intact, and I thank you for sending them off in such perfect packaging.  I didn't have the heart (nor the patience =O) to wrap them up again, so I now have an early Christmas present on display in my living room."

My adorable hand mirror sits nestled on my boudoir table, alongside the puff. Nothing uplifts a grey day like your parcels. A veritable cornucopia of delights! Thank you for the smashing box they arrived in. Shame, that you really don't have more than one pair of hands and supplied the "boutiques" of London. Can't believe the mirror wasn't snapped up earlier...gorgeous!"
     
19th November   "Just want to let you know that the parcel arrived safely today. As always I am delighted with my purchases. I was actually quite surprised with the weight of the flower frog. I had seen them in magazines (mostly American magazines) before but had never come across one. I had no idea it would be as heavy as it is. They are so great for displaying photos and cards and creating a lovely vignette. I am really, really pleased with it. I will continue visiting with you on your blog, which I thoroughly enjoy."

The broach/clips  is beautiful, I keep thinking there should be a hallmark ! It arrived yesterday, all in one piece. It all arrived well packaged , and beautifully wrapped , I love the "postcards" and enjoy the collection I have know."

3rd November   "Thank you for the gorgeous gold with roses "Comfy Quilt" and the cup and saucer which arrived safely the other day.  The quilt is even better than the photos.  Really beautiful and so cosy on the bed.  The cup and saucer look great with my other Art Deco things, though I do enjoy a cuppa out of it.  Makes the first cup of tea of the day taste so much better!  Thanks too for the lovely postcards.  The one with the bird really is a beauty.  Beautifully wrapped, as always."

12th September   "Better than Christmas!  The teapot, jug and sugar bowl are just gorgeous and are already at home in the corner cabinet.  The little hair receiver has gone onto the shelves in the bathroom.  The veil in the chocolate box is wonderful and the little photo album and photos really interesting.  I think I may just put the photos into the little book.  Finally, but by no means least, the Film Annual is one to read with my feet up and a cup of coffee.  Everything arrived safely, as always and beautifully wrapped.  A joy.  Thank you so much, yet again."
